We want to provide our tenants and stakeholders with an update following the Welsh Government review of lockdown which was announced on Friday 8th May.
Cadwyn has been operating differently since the UK first went into lockdown on 23rd March. Our office on Newport Road has temporarily closed and where possible, staff have been working from home.
We have continued to carry out emergency repairs, gas servicing and cleaning of communal areas. All of our staff have been provided with the correct personal protective equipment (PPE) to carry out this work. Our colleagues have also been supporting tenants with phone calls, and providing help and assistance to access food supplies and other support agencies.
Cadwyn will continue to operate our services in this new way for at least the next 3 weeks. The safety of our staff and tenants is our priority and we will do all that we can to stop the spread of COVID-19.
