When you report a repair to us we will:
  • Make an appointment with you and let you know who will be carrying out the work
  • Send you text confirmation of the timescales for repairs.
  • Make safe all emergency repairs within 2 hours and complete them within 72 hours
  • Complete the repair within one visit where possible
  • Where we need to do repairs to common parts of flats or the external parts of your home we will not expect you to wait in for us to do the repair.
  • Everyone who carries out work to your home will have an identification badge
  • All of the people working in your home will be courteous, respectful and comply with our code of conduct.

For fire alarm problems during office hours (9am-4:45pm) please call Firerite  on 02920 867222 (opt 2). Outside these hours please leave a voicemail with Firerite (opt 1) and they will call you back.

For heating repairs during office hours (9am – 5pm) please ring Ivor Cook on 01633 255900, and outside office hours (5pm – 9am) please call 07730 526 371

If you smell gas please call Transco on 0800 111 999
