Come on Board

Up to one third of our Board of Management can be tenants and must be elected by the published procedure. Any tenant is eligible to stand for election so long as they are a shareholder and have attended three TACT – or other service improvement  sessions – within the preceding year. The election results will be announced at Cadwyn’s Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Board Members are elected for a period of up to three years.  Tenant Board Members report back to other tenants on Board issues via TACT sessions, other group meetings and the Tenant Chatback website.

Tenants are welcome to request to attend a Board meeting as an observer to find out if becoming a Board Member is right for them. We are committed to ensuring tenants are given the appropriate support, information and training before committing themselves to pursuing involvement at a strategic level.
