Now the partnership between Cadwyn and Newydd into Cadarn has been successfully completed, I’ve made the decision to leave my role as Chief Executive at Cadarn.
It’s been a real privilege to work with so many partner organisations, community organisations and, most importantly, the tenants who make our communities what they are. I’ve always believed that the strength of any organisation lies in the people it serves and the people it works alongside – and that’s certainly true here.
I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved together over the past few years. The commitment to being honest, kind, innovative and empowered has shone through in every project, every conversation and every challenge we’ve tackled. Those values are what make working in housing special, and I know they’ll continue to guide the organisation into a bright future. Thank you for the support, collaboration and trust you’ve shown throughout my time here. I’ll be cheering the organisation on as it continues to deliver great homes, strong communities and services that genuinely make a difference.
