Salary
We offer competitive ‘market related’ salaries. There is also an annual cost of living review.
Pension
Eligible staff are able to join a pension scheme through the Social Housing Pension Scheme (SHPS). Contributions are paid by both the employee and employer and are based on a percentage of your salary. Paying into the pension reduces the amount of tax you pay and you pay lower national insurance contributions. Staff are eligible to join one of the schemes from day one of employment.

If you are a member of SHPS you have protection for your family and dependents in the event of your death in service.
Holidays
Time off to relax and spend time with your friends and family is important. We offer a generous holiday entitlement.
Working Arrangements
Our standard working week is 35 hours, and most staff are able to benefit from the flexi-time scheme whereby hours can be adjusted to balance your work and home life effectively. Under this scheme it is possible to take up to 2 days ‘flexi’ leave per month, where additional hours have been accrued and with the approval of the line manager.

A very friendly, open organisation – very open to new ideas and strong leadership from the Chief Exec. I have never worked for an organisation where the chief exec is so friendly, down-to-earth and approachable. People are helpful and friendly and there is generally a good vibe in the office.
Friendliness of staff, flexibility of working hours and the enthusiasm and commitment of all staff from senior management down, to achieve a quality service for our tenants.
Fun, friendly organisation with a great CEO, who is open and honest about the direction Cadwyn is going.
