Sarah joined the Association in January 2021 and has over 17 years experience in Commissioning & Procurement after studying for a degree in Management. Sarah became a Member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing in Supply in 2015 and is qualified in Lean Management techniques.
Sarah manages Procurement for the organisation.
Sarah supports staff in developing specifications, developing timelines for procurement, considering the most advantageous tender, maximising social value and contract management. Sarah is currently learning Welsh.

Jo joined Cadwyn in 2018 and has worked in social housing development for over 25 years, within London, the South East of England, and Wales.
She is extremely passionate in ensuring the homes we design and construct are done so around the needs of our residents and communities, within designs and specifications that Cadwyn can maintain and manage effectively for the long term. Jo is very dedicated to sharing her knowledge and experience of social housing development to helps others develop and enjoy what is an extremely rewarding career.
