We have an exciting opportunity for a Housing Administrative Assistant to join our Housing Services team on a part time basis.
Housing Services is a multi-functional team and is responsible for an number of areas including lettings, tenancy management, financial and digital inclusion, tenant engagement, support and neighbourhood services.
As a Neighbourhood Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for providing a first-class housing service for all tenants and customers. Dealing general enquiries ranging from anti-social behaviour, lettings, tenancy support, maintenance and repairs, compliance matters and tenant engagement on a wide range of housing
At Cadwyn our staff work in an agile way, working mostly at home (if appropriate to the role) with the ability to hot desk at our main office in Cardiff or to work from any other suitable/convenient location. There will be hybrid working arrangements for this role and you will be expected to be in the office for 2 days per week.

What we need:
We are looking for someone who has a passion for customer experience and can work in a sensitive and restorative manner with Cadwyn tenants. We need someone who can communicate effectively with people from all backgrounds, with the ability to work on their own initiative. The ideal person will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and confident using different IT systems.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly to a range of audiences.Experience of customer service and of dealing with the general public. Experience of using customer enquiry databases Good time management and organisational skillsCompetent in Microsoft Office packages (outlook, excel, word) A sympathetic non-judgemental attitude towards tenants, with a strong commitment to high quality customer service Someone who adopts a flexible approach to the requirements of the job and adapts positively to change. Full driving licence and use of own car, though access to Cadwyn Pool Cars is availableThe ability to speak other languages is desireable
