Housing Team

Mark Howells, Assistant Housing Manager

Mark is responsible for overseeing the provision of the anti-social behaviour service, the lettings process and tenant involvement. She line-manages the Housing Officers, the Community Engagement Officer and the Lettings Administrator.

Emma Lovering, Lettings Administrator

Emma is responsible for allocating homes to tenants on the common waiting list.

 

 

Kathryn Williams, Community Engagement Officer

Kath is responsible for involving tenants in Cadwyn’s activities and engaging with the local community. For more information on how you can get involved with Cadwyn please visit the Get Involved section of the website.

 

 

Anna Evans, Welfare Reform Officer

Anna will be guiding tenants through the changes to their Benefits with an aim of reducing the impact the reforms will have on their income.

She is carrying out visits to tenants to discuss the ‘Bedroom Tax’ which will come into effect in April 2013 and Universal Credit which is due to be phased in from October 2013.

Laura Cope, Rents & Service Charges Administrator

Laura is responsible for administering rents and service charges and maximising Cadwyn’s income while also providing administrative support to the Housing Department.

  

Jeet Kaur, Housing Officer

Jeet is responsible for all aspects of tenancy management including changes to tenancies and anti-social behaviour. Jeet covers the following areas:  

Canton, Butetown, Grangetown, Riverside, Whitchurch, Fairwater

Kathryn Stamp, Housing Officer

Kath is responsible for all aspects of tenancy management including changes to tenancies and anti-social behaviour. Kath covers the following areas:  

Ely, Caerau, Gabalfa, Heath, Llanishen, Llandaff, Llandaff North

Rents Team 

The Rents team are responsible for minimising rent arrears, helping tenants to make the most of their benefit entitlement and dealing with any money difficulties that tenants face.

Home Improvements Team

The Home Improvements Team are responsible for building new homes and upgrading Cadwyn’s existing properties with new kitchens, bathrooms, windows, heating systems and any other major components. 

Greg Stewart, Assistant Property Manager

Greg has responsibility for the Planned Maintenance Budget and delivery of the Planned Maintenance Programme, assists the Property Manager on new development projects and line manages the Technical Officer and Technical Assistant.
 

Julian Evans, Technical Officer

Julian is responsible for the management and supervision of planned maintenance contracts, such as kitchen, bathroom and boiler replacements and the supervision of selected new build developments.

 Vicky Griffiths, Technical Assistant

Vicky is responsible for assisting the Technical Service Department in the maintenance of Cadwyn’s homes including adaptations to properties and managing the grounds maintenance contracts.
  

Noel Hayes, Technical Officer

Noel is responsible for organising the day-to-day maintenance of Cadwyn’s homes and managing any empty homes to ensure they are available again as soon as possible.
 

Rose Price, Technical Officer

Rose is responsible for organising the day-to-day maintenance of Cadwyn’s homes and ensuring that our repair service is effective.

Customer Advisor Team

The Customer Advisor Team – from left to right Janette Davies, Assistant Customer Service Manager and Customer Advisors: Nicola Tonge, Hodan Ahmed, Janice Davies, Paul Fiteni, Jayne Davies, Chloe Rosoman, Kayleigh Sexton and Esther Trott.

Janette Davies, Assistant Customer Service Manager is responsible for line managing the customer service team and ensuring that excellent customer service is provided at all times.

The Customer Advisors are responsible for dealing with all queries that Cadwyn receive and carrying out administrative tasks such as taking rent payments.

Calon Residential Leasing

Sarah Evans, Assistant Manager

Sarah has responsibility for the Calon Adref Leasing Scheme and the Temporary Accomodation Scheme. Overseeing all aspects of property take on, lettings, tenancy and lease management and budgets, she line manages the Property Management Officers, Rent Officer and the Finance and Administration Assistant.

                                     

Ryan Parry, Property Management Officer

Ryan manages all Calon’s tenancies and carries out sign-ups with all new tenants. Ryan covers the following areas:

Adamsdown, Caerau, Canton, Cathays, Fairwater, Gabalfa, Leckwith, Llandaff North, Maindy, Pentwyn, Pentrebane, Rumney, St Mellons, Trowbridge, Tudor Street, Whitchurch and Thornhill
  

Meg Cooper, Property Management Officer

Meg manages all Calon’s tenancies and carries out sign-ups with all new tenants. Meg covers the following areas:

Butetown, Ely,Grangetown, Llanederyn, Llanrumney, Litchfield Court, Mynachdy, Penylan, Roath, Riverside, Splott and Tremorfa
  

Louise Grandon, Rent Officer

Louise Grandon manages all the rent accounts for both Adref and TA tenants.  Her role is to minimise rent arrears by working with tenants and agencies, she will also help with any financial difficulties that tenants may be facing.
  

 Chris Nunn, Technical Officer

Chris carries out surveys on all Calon properties to ensure they meet the needs of our tenants and arranges any repairs that are needed on a daily basis.
  

 

Tom Ingram, Assistant Technical Officer

Tom is responsible for carrying out all works on Calon’s empty homes to make them available again as soon as possible.
  

 

 

Finance and Administration Assistant

The Finance and Admin Assistant is responsible for ensuring prompt accurate charging of rents and service charges and payments to Landlords together with arranging repairs and recharges, lease renewals and all general administration.
