Charity Fundraising
Staff enjoy taking part in charity fundraising events and love any opportunity to dress up and have fun! Staff have raised money for Comic Relief and Children In Need and most recently raised over £200 for Breast Cancer Care.

Alzheimer’s Society
Cadwyn’s charity of the year is Alzheimer’s Society. So far we have raised almost £300 for this really worthy cause through quizzes, bake sales and raffles.

Imagination Library
Another cause that our staff are involved with is Imagination Library.
Imagination Library is a children’s literacy charity that was set up in Tennessee by Dolly Parton. The charity provides an age-appropriate book every month for children under 5.
The programme started in America and has now been rolled out across Canada and the UK. Cadwyn is currently planning to set up the first Welsh Imagination Library for children of its tenants, staff and board members. A number of staff have been involved in setting up this project and this has been a great opportunity for staff development.
