Flexible Working Arrangements

At Cadwyn we recognise the importance of work-life balance and provide flexible working arrangements that allow staff to balance their work and personal commitments. This includes flexi-time, compressed/reduced hours and working from home.

Pension Scheme

Staff can choose to join Cadwyn’s Defined Benefit or Defined Contribution Pension Scheme.  Details of these schemes are available on request.

Staff receive an annual bonus which is designed to recognise and reward high performance and contribution towards the organisation’s success throughout the year.

Family Friendly Policy

Cadwyn supports staff with families through our familiy friendly policy, which includes a generous materinity and paternity entitilement, as well as the flexible working arrangements detailed above.

Active Travel

We have a bike shed and a number of pool bikes available for staff to use free of charge to encourage active travel to and from work and while out on visits.
