Cadwyn passes Financial Viability Judgement
Here’s our latest Financial Viability Judgement from the Welsh Government – we got a PASS!
The Welsh Government has assessed our financial viability and confirmed that “the Association has adequate resources to meet its current and forecasted future business and financial commitments.”
The report details some of the information that has helped them reach this conclusion including our 30 Year Business Plan, the amount of money we have allocated to improve our properties so they reach the Welsh Housing Quality Standard and our programme for developing new homes.
We have a good relationship with the regulation team throughout the year and look forward to working with them closely to deal the challenges that face the whole housing sector.
