Cadwyn employs over 60 staff who work in departments specific to the areas of service we provide:
Housing and Community Services is responsible for:
- Issues relating to tenancies.
- Rent, payments, benefits and money advice.
- Anti-social behaviour and neighbour issues.
- Resident participation.
- Tenant support services.
- Customer services.
Technical Services department is responsible for:
- Ensuring repairs are completed to a high standard.
- Carrying out maintenance inpections.
- Improvements, such as kitchens and bathrooms.
- Other planned works such as soundproofing and fire equipment installation.
- Development of new housing stock.
We also have Finance, IT, Human Resources and Corporate departments that mostly work behind the scenes, but are just as important in ensuring the smooth running of the organisation.
Since 2006 we have employed a direct labour division - known as Cadwyn Works - who carry out many of the repair and maintenance tasks at our properties. They allow us to have more direct control over the promptness and standard of the work carried out, and have so far proved very popular.

Chris O'Meara, our Chief Executive, heads the organisation and she is directly responsible to the Board of Management that controls how the organisation is run.
