We currently own over 1170 homes all except 18 of which are located in the Inner areas of Cardiff.
- Forty three per cent of its stock is in the Roath area,
- Twenty three per cent in Grangetown.
- The remainder of our Cardiff stock is spread throughout Canton, Ely, Cathays, Splott and Gabalfa.
- We have 18 properties in Caerphilly.
Three quarters of our existing stock are rehabilitated housing, and over fifty per cent suitable for single people or childless couples. Cadwyn currently works with a number of voluntary partners to provide a range of supported accommodation. Our properties cater for a range of housing needs including families and single people. Most are older properties converted into flats.
We are continuing to expand by building modern, purpose-built family homes. All of our new developments are developed in line with our Sustainability policy; this includes taking into account building materials, links to public transport and construction methods.
