A voluntary Board of Management manages the Association. The board is responsible for the way we operate. It is made up of 16 people, a third of whom are tenant volunteers nominated by all tenants at the Tenant Elections.
The Board meets every month to monitor performance, agree future strategy and decide policy. The Chief Executive is responsible to the Board for ensuring that their decisions and policies are carried out. Board members are not paid and are not allowed to carry out professional work for Cadwyn or benefit in any way.
