What is CalonAdref?
A project managed by Cadwyn Housing Association.
Cadwyn leases properties for a fixed period of time (normally three years) from private landlords and then rents them to homeless people. The properties can only be rented out to homeless people for the period of the agreement with the private landlord. The tenancy agreement will be with Cadwyn HA and will be Assured Shorthold Tenancies and work in the same way as in the private sector.
The project is open to people to whom the Council have agreed that they have a duty to provide permanent accommodation.
