Cadwyn’s Board
Cadwyn is led by a voluntary Board which is responsible for the way we operate. The board is made up of 12 people, three of whom are tenants elected by other tenants annually. The Board meet every month to monitor performance, agree future strategy and decide policies.
John Bevan (Chair). Board Member since 2008.
BSc Hons, CEng, FICE, MBA
John runs his own business, providing management, consultancy and coaching/mentoring services to the built environment and waste resource management sectors in the UK.
Jennifer Low (Vice Chair). Board Member since 2003.
BSc, RICS
Jennifer is a Chartered Surveyor and is currently working for the Welsh Government.
Steve Cranston. Board Member since 2009.
Steve is Head of Community Investment with United Welsh Housing Association.
Sue Finch. Board Member since 2005.
Sue is the Housing Policy Officer at the Welsh Local Government Association.
Ceriann Goddard (Elected by tenants). Board Member since 2004.
Ceriann enjoys being a busy mum of two boys. She works part time and also Chairs ‘So Shall I’s’ (Cadwyn’s over 35s group).
Iwan Jones. Board Member since 2008.
Iwan is a Chartered Surveyor currently undertaking residential valuations and surveys in South East Wales.
Terry Minty (Elected by tenants). Board Member since 2009.
Terry is a retired English and Maths teacher who enjoys reading widely and can also read and write in Esperanto.
Jasper Roberts (Chair of Audit Committee). Board Member since 1993.
Jasper is a civil servant and currently works on environment and waste policy for the Welsh Government.
Nick Speed. Board Member since 2007.
Nick is the external relations manager in Wales for the energy regular Ofgem.
Adelle Willis (Elected by tenants). Board Member since 2005.
Adelle has been a Cadwyn tenant for over 14 years and a Tenant Board Member for 7 years.
