We are a ‘not for profit’ organisation with housing roots. Cardiff based, we provide good quality, affordable homes to people from all walks of life including single people, families, people who have previously been homeless, people from minority ethnic backgrounds and people on low incomes. We also have a number of other areas of business including:
A social lettings agency, CanDo Lettings, providing letting and management services to private landlords and providing homeless people with more choices of places to live.
A private sector leasing scheme providing temporary accommodation for homeless people referred by the Council.
Supported housing for people who need help to maintain a tenancy or overcome a specific issue.
We also provide and facilitate employment and training opportunities for people to help them get into work.
